High-solids concrete adhesives and fortifiers for interior/exterior use of high tensile and shear strength that will retain plasticity without ever becoming brittle. Stronger than most concretes, they are not affected by the alkalinity of lime plaster or Portland cement and can withstand humidity and temperatures from -400F to 3000F (-400C to 148.90C). It may be applied over damp or dry surfaces up to 3 days later.
